The document display without redline and conversations.
This is the equivalent of the “clean” view of a document released for revision. Because changes are also not tracked in a draft document and conversations cannot be created, this is the only mode that is generally available for all documents.
In this representation, the document is displayed with redline and conversations.
Previously unseen changes and unread conversations are highlighted in yellow.
You can choose if all conversations should be displayed or only those that are set as “visible to all.”
All in 1
In addition to the redline and the conversations, the process for each section is also displayed provided changes have been made on the respective section.
All visible conversations can also be hidden here.
Readline and pending conversations
This focus in this selection is no longer on the document itself but on the conversations that have not yet been closed.
It can again be distinguished between all visible and confidential comments. These enable the user to react quicker to conversations.
The context thus continues to be discernable though the minimized display of the corresponding section.
