Yes, this is possible provided you have the additional right of “invite.”
A dialogue box opens, and you can invite users to the document by entering the name of the user (provided you have already worked together with him/her) or the email address.
Then assign another user role and, if necessary, additional rights.
You place the user on the invite list by clicking on the blue plus button.
You also have the option of writing a message to the added users.
The action is completed when you click on “Invite,” and the added users will be informed by email about the invitation to the document.
