You can only accept/reject suggestions for changes if you have the “Approver” role.
Left click on the section with open suggestions for changes or select several sections with open suggestions by holding down on the shift button.
A green or a red button appears in the upper right-hand margin of the section.
Still undecided suggestions for changes are either shown as green (something was added as a new suggestion) or as red strikethrough text (something was deleted) in the document.
If you accept an added suggestion for change, the section is updated, and the text concerned is now displayed in black. If you accept the deletion of a suggestion for change, the concerned text disappears from the section.
If you reject an added suggestion for change, this disappears from the document. If you reject the deletion of a suggestion for change, then this remains in the document and the text is black again.
Decisions about changes are each automatically recorded in the section history.
